How to Book an Appointment

Appointments are essential. Usually 10 minute appointments are allocated. If you require a longer appointment, please inform the reception staff when making your booking. Please advise the reception staff if more than one family member needs to be seen so extra time can be allocated. There are appointments kept available for urgent medical problems each day.

Every effort will be made to accommodate your preferred time and Doctor. Emergencies will always be given priority. Our Reception staff will attempt to contact you if there is any unforeseen delay or your doctor has been called away.

Those patients with a mobile phone number who ‘opt’ in to the service will receive an SMS reminder in the afternoon before their scheduled appointment. If you need to cancel your appointment please respond ‘NO’ to the SMS reminder, or phone the practice to cancel. Please advise our receptionists if you need to reschedule your appointment at least two hours prior to your appointment. A fee may be incurred if you fail to notify the practice of your intent to cancel your appointment.
